Originally a modest single-story residence, the Arsenio Residence was transformed into a contemporary two-story home that combines comfortable family living with income-generating rental accommodations. Rather than requiring the family to relocate during construction, the project employed a carefully planned phased construction strategy that allowed them to remain in residence while the house was expanded and reconfigured. The completed project increased both the functionality and long-term value of the property by creating a more spacious home with independently accessed rental units.
